Viewing Your Payment Status
 

You can review the status of your last online payment using the Check Payment Status option. To review the status of your online payment:

  1. Click the Search Property Records tab. The second-level menu options display, including the Pay Taxes option:
  2. Click the Pay Taxes menu item. The Pay Taxes menu options display at the left of the page, and the Step 1 details display in the middle of the page.
  3. On the Pay Taxes menu at the left of the page, click Check Payment Status. The payment status inquiry options display:
  4. In the Enter Payment ID # field, enter the confirmation number you received when you submitted your payment, and click . The details about the status of your online payment display.
